Quarterback Tom Brady #12 of the New England Patriots is tackled by defensive end Chris Clemons #91 of the Seattle Seahawks at CenturyLink Field on October 14, 2012 in Seattle, Washington. The Seahawks defeated the Patriots 24-23.The theme for this weeks games is:  No where to run, no where to hide.

Seahawks vs. 49ers –  49ers – The Seahawks scored a big victory over the Patriots on Sunday.  They have one of the best defenses in the league and rookie QB Russell Wilson has started to come on.  The 49ers in contrast had a big loss to the Giants, and it wasn’t close.  They were soundly beaten.  So that’s why I think in this game, they will come out with the type of fire they didn’t have against the Giants.  QB Alex Smith had his worst game of the season, and even though the Seahawks are great defensively, I think Smith will play better.  I look for the 49ers to establish the run, and take the pressure off of Smith to win the game.  Also, the Seahawks have not been a very good road team, and it will be close, but I don’t think that will change here.     26-21 – 49ers

Ben Roethlisberger - Philadelphia Eagles v Pittsburgh SteelersThe theme for this weeks games is:  Special players make special plays, on special days.  Who’s special?

Steelers vs. Titans –  Steelers – The Steelers got back to winning with a victory over the Eagles last week.  They also got back star players back from injuries who had a tremendous impact in the win.  RB Rashard Mendenhall looked great in his return from a knee injury, and I can’t recall ever seeing him look better.  Ben Roethlisberger continues to be the difference maker as he has been his entire career, but Safety Troy Polamalu will not play due to injury.  The Titans are still without QB Jake Locker and Matt Hasselbeck will start in his place.  I think with the Steelers injuries, the Titans will keep it close, but in the end, there will be too much Roethlisberger, and the Titans won’t be able to keep up.     24-19 – Steelers
