Wild Fire: Robert Griffin III has Speed to Burn…..defenses

Last week I said that Robert Griffin III being knocked out of a game was bound to happen.  And RG3 breaking a long TD run was also bound to happen, and it did.  It’s almost happened on a few occasions so far this season, but in closed spaces if you get the angle on him he can’t break loose.  But out in the open field, once he gets a step, he’s gone.

You could see this coming for a few weeks now.  It was bound to happen.  At some point somebody was going to get a good clean shot on Robert Griffin III and knock him out of the game.  And now it’s happened.
